Grab Your Checkbook – Phoenix is Open for Business Again

Before you sit up abruptly and say, “Whoa, how did I miss the news that Phoenix was closed?”, let us reassure you that the city itself never went away, though Bonus Commission’s income property referral network, Platinum Properties Investor Network, decided previously that, for a while anyway, buying real estate in the city and surrounding area did not make financial sense.

We prefer to avoid bad investments but are convinced that Phoenix, Arizona, is a great area to begin looking for income property deals again. 3. Second fastest growing city (more people looking to rent).

4. Quality of life driven by sunshine, no natural disasters, over 300 golf courses, and 5 major league sports teams.

In particular, the Phoenix business climate thrives on the backs of the aerospace, electronics, semi-conductor, tourism, and business services industries, as well as long time pursuits like agriculture and mining. For our purposes, it’s also worth noting that the real estate and rental sectors are doing quite well. As with all cities we recommend, it is dangerous to blindly buy any old property in any old neighborhood.
